A thief has been arrested thanks to the work of a Gloucestershire police dog.
PD Gunner and handler PC Powles tracked and located an offender hidden in bushes on top of a wall.
It followed a theft of metal near Wotton-under-Edge on Thursday night.
One person has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Gloucestershire Police Dogs Section Tweeted: “You can’t hide from PD Gunner he will always find you.”

PD Gunner, a German Shepherd, joined Gloucestershire Police’s dog unit in 2020.
