Found at a property in Bristol, the collection of dry stored motorcycles includes several Honda models dating from the 1970s and 1980s, along with a Yamaha YB100 and a large selection of spare parts.
Among the lots are three Honda CB400F bikes, including a 1978 example estimated at £1,200 to £1,400.
Other motorcycles include Honda C70 and C90 step-throughs, a Honda H100S, CB175, CB250 RS and CD200.
Auctioneer Ian Brunt said the collection offered restoration enthusiasts a rare opportunity.
He said: “Every motorcycle in this sale comes with a V5 registration document and most of them have the original keys — so a good project with all the paperwork up together.”
The parts collection includes carburettors, engine components, wheels, tanks, saddles, suspension units and handlebars.
Auctioneer Joseph Trinder said there had already been substantial interest in the vehicles, which will be sold at Wotton Auction Rooms in Wotton-under-Edge.
The auction house’s August sale is taking place today, Wednesday, August 26.
