PC Chase Frost of Gloucestershire Constabulary swore and made reference to the sexuality of two senior colleagues.
The outburst happened after he was suspended from driving police vehicles in January for causing minor damage to a car belonging to the force.
His supervisor reported the incident, which led to gross misconduct proceedings which concluded at the police HQ at Waterwells, Quedgeley on Thursday, August 21.
Frost was found to have breached standards of professional behaviour, relating to Authority, Respect, and Courtesy, Equality and Diversity and Discreditable Conduct.
As a result, he was dismissed without notice and placed on the Police Barred List.
Commenting after the hearing, Deputy Chief Constable Katy Barrow-Grint said: “PC Frost’s reaction to being told he temporarily couldn’t drive a police vehicle was unprofessional, unacceptable and intentional discrimination.
“The language he used was offensive and degrading to his colleagues as well as the wider LGBTQ+ community.
“We are committed to being an anti-discriminatory organisation and will continue to robustly manage any officer or member of police staff who fails to demonstrate this commitment to the public and our workforce.”
PC Frost made the comment after being told he was suspended from driving police vehicles following an incident in which a police car was slightly damaged.
